22.5075% Is much closer to being finished!

- When the Tapeplayer or the phone makes a noise, It's sound's pitch doesn't change when you move anymore!
- Fixed 2 Pieces of gum being in the same position in the 7th Classroom!
- You can eat and drink whatever you want in the Playground!
- Added Principal's Son! Principal's Son started out as a character idea for BFNS, although He wasn't added in BFNS, then He turned into the first character i made that isn't from other mods. His sprite is the same expect that it is smaller. his voice is also higher pitched then his father. Principal's Son is faster then his father. The detention times when Principal's Son catches you starts at 1 seconds. then the following detention times go up by 1 second and then ending at 100 seconds.

The reason why 22.5075% is much closer to being finished is because i added Principal's Son!
